Your data, and a coach who reads it.
FitCommit already measures what your body is doing. Coaching is the person who decides what to do about it, every week, without you leaving the house.
Apply for coachingMost people don't quit because the plan was wrong. They quit because nobody adjusted it.
A plan built in January is wrong by March. Your body changed. Your schedule changed. The plan didn't.
An app can tell you your body fat is down and your muscle mass is flat. It can't tell you that's happening because your protein dropped on the three days a week you work late, and it can't sit with you while you fix it.
That's the part a coach does.
Your coach starts every week already knowing what happened.
They see the scan, not the scale.
Body composition every month, so the conversation is about fat and muscle, not a number that moves three pounds on a salty dinner.
They see the food, not the summary.
Photo and voice logging means your coach sees the actual week, including the days you’d rather skip over.
No check-in homework.
No weekly form to fill in. No progress photos to remember. It’s already there when your coach opens your file.
How it works
- 1
Apply.
A short form, then a call. We’ll tell you honestly if coaching is the right fit or if the app alone will do the job.
- 2
Baseline.
Body scan, targets, and a plan built around your week as it actually is.
- 3
Weekly coaching.
Your coach reviews your data, adjusts the plan, and you talk. Message them in between.
- 4
Rescan.
Monthly, so progress is measured rather than guessed.
Who you'll be working with
FitCommit coaching is led by Andrew Menechian, our Head of Fitness. Fifteen years in the industry, a competitive bodybuilder and powerlifter, and he's mentored over 100 personal trainers. He built the nutrition methodology behind FitCommit's targets.
He's taking clients directly right now, which means places are limited and we'd rather be straight with you about that than take everyone.

Coaching is online. Sessions, plans and check-ins all happen wherever you are. Plenty of people would rather not train in front of an audience, and that's a completely reasonable way to feel. It changes nothing about whether the programme works.
Home, hotel room, or a full gym. The plan is built around what you actually have.
