FitCommit is built to help you commit to your fitness goals. The numbers we show you, body fat estimates, calorie targets, macro splits, are tools, not verdicts. Use them to make informed choices about how you eat, train, and live.

Some signs the app is not serving you

  • You feel anxious or guilty looking at your numbers.
  • You are eating below your safe floor to "see results faster."
  • You are skipping meals, social events, or rest days to stay on track.
  • Your progress photos make you feel worse about yourself.
  • You cannot stop checking the app.

If any of that sounds like you, step back from the app and talk to someone. Your doctor, a registered dietitian, a therapist, or one of the resources below.
